Pricing & Departure Notes
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double bed. There will be no reduction for triple sharing.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two different people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- There could be possibility of flight departure on the previous evening.
- On certain departure dates the itinerary may be operated in reverse order. However, all services and inclusions will remain the same.
Day-wise Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive Amsterdam
Today, begin your beautiful journey of with Unique World Holidays. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by your Tour Manager at the arrival area after clearing immigration and customs. Transfer to the hotel. (Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs.) Evening at leisure
Day 02: Keukenhof Gardens & the Tulip Fields of Lisse
After buffet breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to the world-famous Keukenhof Gardens, one of the largest floral parks in the world. Spread across 32 hectares, Keukenhof bursts into breathtaking colours every spring. Walk among millions of blooming tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths. Later, enjoy a drive through the tulip fields of Lisse. Return to Amsterdam.
Day 03: Amsterdam Orientation Tour - Canal Cruise
After buffet breakfast proceed an orientation tour of Amsterdam that
captures its unique blend of history and modernity. Visit Dam Square and see the Royal Palace. Enjoy a canal cruise through its UNESCO-listed ‘Grachten’. Glide gently under historic bridges and along charming houseboats while admiring the city’s architecture. Later, journey into the Dutch countryside. Visit Volendam, a quaint fishing village famous for its colorful wooden houses. Continue to Edam, birthplace of the world-renowned cheese, and then to the island village of Marken, where cobbled lanes and traditional wooden homes transport you to the past.
Day 04: Amsterdam - Zaanse Schans - Orientation tour of Utrecht and Delft - Rotterdam
After buffet breakfast, checkout and proceed to Zaanse Schans, an enchanting open-air museum where traditional windmills spin gracefully over lush green meadows. Watch live demonstrations at a wooden shoe workshop and cheese farm. Continue to Utrecht, one of the Netherlands’ oldest cities, known for its scenic canals lined with medieval houses. Thereafter visit Delft, home of the world-famous blue pottery and the acclaimed artist Johannes Vermeer. Explore its elegant town square and canals during an orientation tour. Later, transfer to Rotterdam, a dynamic city where futuristic architecture meets maritime tradition. See the Cube Houses, Erasmus Bridge, and the vibrant Markthal, an architectural marvel of glass and color. Check into the hotel.
Day 05: Rotterdam – Ghent – Bruges
After buffet breakfast, checkout and drive to Belgium, a land of medieval charm and modern sophistication. En route, visit Ghent, a lively university town replete with Gothic towers and canals. Proceed on an orientation tour and see St. Bavo’s Cathedral. Later walk along the scenic Graslei Canal. Transfer to Bruges and check into your hotel. Evening, at leisure to explore Bruges’ Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Day 06: Bruges
After buffet breakfast, embark on a guided walking tour of Bruges, the “Venice of the North.” See the Belfry Tower, Market Square, and the sacred Basilica of the Holy Blood. Stroll along the Lake of Love (Minnewater). Later enjoy a canal boat ride, gliding through the narrow waterways and under charming bridges that give Bruges its unique fairy-tale atmosphere. Evening at leisure.
Day 07: Bruges – Brussels
After buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Brussels, the capital of Belgium and the European Union. En route, make a photo-stop at the Atomium, a futuristic building and iconic symbol of Brussels. On arrival, enjoy a guided city tour including the magnificent Grand Place, Royal Palace and the Manneken Pis Sculpture.
Day 08: Brussels - Leuven - Luxembourg - Brussels
After buffet breakfast, drive to Leuven, a picturesque university town filled with youthful energy and Gothic architecture. See its intricately carved Town Hall and stroll along the Old Market Square, often called the “longest bar in the world” for its rows of charming cafés. Later, drive to Luxembourg, a landlocked gem known for its wealth, culture, and history. Proceed on an orientation tour of Luxembourg City. See the Royal Palace of the Grand Duke, the 17th-century Notre-Dame Cathedral and The Monument of Remembrance (Gëlle Fra) — a golden statue symbolizing liberty. Enjoy a train ride through Luxembourg City, offering scenic views of both its historic quarters and contemporary European Union buildings. Return to Brussels.
Day 09: Farewell!
After buffet/boxed breakfast, transfer to the Airport for your flight back home. Return home with wonderful memories of your holiday.

Exclusions
- Cost of international air tickets.
- Cost of deviation: In case clients wish to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure — i.e. either travel before the departure date of your tour, or return on a later date after the tour ends — an additional charge will be applicable, which will be advised to you by our sales team. The same is subject to availability of accommodation and entrances for the revised dates. Kindly also note, the deviation request should be made at the time of booking the tour.
- Cost of transfer: In case clients are arriving or departing at a time that is different from the group arrival / departure time, which will be conveyed to all tour group members while booking the tour, there will be an additional cost of transfer. The group arrival and departure timings will vary from tour to tour.
- Medical / travel insurance.
- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, mineral water, alcoholic beverages, food and beverages that are not part of the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels, cruise to shore excursions and any type of beverages during the cruise etc.
- Anything not specified under ‘What Your Tour Price Includes’.
- Meals other than those mentioned in your itinerary.
- Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than those mentioned under ‘What Your Tour Price Includes’.
- Departure and city taxes except where included.
Visa Requirements
US & Canadian Passport holders: EES (Entry Exit System) & ETIAS ( European Travel Information and Authorization System) for EU/Schengen Countries will be implemented from January 2026. US and Canadian passport holders are required to register for the same before travel.
Indian Passport with Green Card : Schengen Tourist Visa Required
Overseas Travel Insurance
It is very important to find out before you leave whether or not your medical insurance will cover you overseas. Your regular U.S. health insurance may not cover doctors’ and hospital visits in other countries. We recommend clients take overseas travel insurance to cover any eventuality while on tour.
Important Notes
Booking & Cancellation
- Due to very high and constant demand, as a Tour Operator, we are required to pay non-refundable deposits to secure and block accommodation, entrances to prominent landmarks, train tickets, cruise tickets, internal flight tickets amongst other services to cover all services indicated in the itinerary. For this very reason we are required to take a non-refundable deposit from you for booking the tour.<br />
- In view of the above, unfortunately, this deposit cannot be refunded, even in case of any emergency due to which you have to cancel the tour.
- We humbly advise you to take necessary insurance to cover the tour cost, in case of any eventuality.

Notes
- All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
- Standard check-in at hotels is 1400-1500 hours and check-out is 1100-1200 hours.
- The Tour Cost is a combination of various arrangements and multiple services, and hence cannot be calculated on an individual service basis. The tour cost is one single component and not calculated individually.
- Single Room Supplement charges will be applicable in case two people are sharing a room and one of them cancels the tour.
- Clients taking early morning flights will be provided with boxed/packed breakfast.
- Keeping in view the luggage compartments of coaches, trains & internal flight regulations, we strongly recommend you to carry only medium size luggage and 1 carry-on/cabin bag per person.
- The granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. Unique World Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and are only a facilitator in the visa application process. Any inconvenience or situation arising out of delay in granting of visas by the authorities or visa application being rejected has to be resolved by the clients.
- In case you are not able to continue the tour due to loss of passport, medical emergency, any illness, or any other life-event beyond our control, Unique World Holidays is not liable to give any refund for any unutilized services.
- Please note that in case any client loses their passport, the cost of getting a new passport and necessary charges to revise the arrangement to return home will be borne by client, and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.
- Unique World Holidays shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any delay in flights or change in flight schedule by the airline and any situations arising out of the same. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be payable by the clients. Unique World Holidays will not be liable for the same.
- Unique World Holidays shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement.
- Unique World Holidays will not be liable in any loss of baggage by your airline. However, we will provide assistance in tracing any lost baggage.
- Unique World Holidays reserves the right to charge additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- Unique World Holidays reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure/excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
- Please ensure to take the necessary vaccinations and shots depending on the destination you are travelling to.
- There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services under any circumstances.
- For the convenience of our passengers, Unique World Holidays will sometimes amend the itinerary; however all the other services will remain the same.
- If clients prefer to have meals on their own while on tour there will be no refund during such instances
- All hotels may not have Tea and Coffee machines, kettles or hairdryers in the room. These can be requested at the front desk.
- It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
- Coaches may not have Wi-Fi facilities or USB phone charging options on board.
- Updating of mileage is subject to airlines terms & conditions for group fares.
- We request the airlines for your preferred seats, however seats are allotted at their discretion.
- Please refer to the Booking Form for detailed Cancellation Policy and ‘Terms and Conditions’.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason.
- All monies paid by you will be fully refunded in USD only, and no compensation will be payable in any other currency.
- In case of cruises, internal flights, train tickets and visas 100% of the cost paid will be forfeited, in case of any cancellations irrespective of time of cancellation.
- Unique World Holidays LLC does not assume responsibility for any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done by us.
